My Tailor Made Tour Experiences
I want to say it and say it again: you don't take a tour, you experience it. And you can live it in any season and, except in some extraordinary situation, even with any weather.
That's why I'd rather call it "experience".
Every experience can be totally customized and tailored according to your needs.
Do not hesitate to contact me and share your wishes and your interests but also your doubts and your concerns.
Remember we can set a meeting point but if you prefer I can pick you up at your accomodation.
I'm your Personal Guide
Doge’s Palace and Saint Mark’s Basilica
A full immersion in history, art and architecture before ending in prison! Don’t worry: I’ll get you out of it just to lead you into church to be forgiven before going for shopping!
A Taste of Venice
You'll get your boundaries right and grow more confident about the maze of Venice wandering through it's major, but not all tourist, sights, I promise.
Ghetto and Cannaregio District: History and Food
Fancy a "Merchant of Venice" experience? Learn about the world's first Jewish quarter and its amazing history. Spot the first skyscrapers and the hidden ancient synagogues! Feel the atmosphere of everyday busy yet-very-local life in Cannaregio district and try a "bacaro": the shabbier the better!
Venetian Carnival Secrets
Learn about one of the world's most ancient Carnivals, challenge yourself as an artist (and believe me even the least "arty" person will come out with a great mask!!) and taste typical sweet or savory food.
No Stress Murano Glass and Burano Lace Walking
Can you not be bothered to go all the way to the islands to see glass blowing and lace making? Are you running out of time but you still want to make the most of it? On this private tour you can do it all, properly and genuinely, without leaving the city. Remind me to take you for a gelato!
Hidden Gardens of Venice
Parks and gardens in Venice are always worth talking about. They're often a peaceful oasis in an overcrowded city and a tremendous option to explore it from a different perspective.
Gliding on the Grand Canal
A guided experience aboard a private taxi along the Grand Canal, the internal canals and a piece of the Venetian lagoon.
Murano and Burano islands and the Lagoon of Venice
Nature and history, craftsmanship and local food all in one tour! Breath a completely different atmosphere sliding on the water and along mysterious islands across the stunning and massive Venetian lagoon.
Murders and Mysteries
Meet El Codega (who was he?) and set off in the gathering dusk where shadows linger and footsteps echo. Feel a spine-chilling as I tell you spooky stories of murders and ghosts that occurred over the centuries in the city of Venice.
Professional Photo Walk
Let us take you on a photographic experience with a professional in the industry, to capture the best shots, discover the tricks to make your pics unforgettable and, why not, get portrayed in the most beautiful city in the world.
Churches and Museums
Pick up a church or a museum (or more) or let me give you some advice according to your taste.
You don’t need to be an expert and if you are I’ll make sure you find something to sink your teeth into!
Roman and Bizantine (or Carolingian?) Venice
Revolutionary new theories refute the Byzantine past of Venice. Let’s investigate together on a full day experience starting from the mainland and sailing placidly towards the islands of Torcello, Burano and St Francesco del Deserto.
Lido Island on a Bicycle
A fun day out on a rented bike for a guided excursion between the Adriatic Sea and the Venetian lagoon. Experience the self-indulgent charm of one of the world first sea side resorts.
While in Venice, enjoy a day out (or more!) experience in the Unesco Heritage site of the Dolomites. Either comfortably on and off a private car driven by a professional driver or for proper trekking.
Tailor-made transfers and customized assistance: the experience begins upon your arrival!
