“Diversivo. Distrazione. Fantasia. Cambiamento di moda, di cibo, amore e paesaggio. Ne abbiamo bisogno come dell’ aria che respiriamo. Senza cambiamento, corpo e cervello marciscono.”

Dicono di Me
Excellent value for money.
The glass blowing demonstration and the visitor center were a great way to spend your time in Venice.
The stop at Burano was the best part with just enough time to get something to eat and explore the island.
Also our guide Antonella (don't know if that's how you spell it) was great she gave us the history of both islands and the history of Venice along with her insights about day to day life in Venice.
She also told us my new favorite fact about Venice, if you look at it on a map it's kind of shaped like a fish.

I was originally planning to do an all day tour in Venice but I had been backpacking for almost two weeks on museum tours so I wanted some downtime and decided to do this tour instead. I knew nothing about the Murano glasses til I saw them in souvenir shops. This tour was amazing and Antonella, our tour guide, was so informative and helpful. If you have her, you will be so impressed by her background and knowledgeable insight on this tour and Venice in general. The cities were so beautiful and this is a must do to learn about the culture and history behind this hidden gem of Venice! Highly recommend this tour!!!

Antonella was a wonderful guide, she was pleasant and shared interesting information. Tour was paced easy for everyone to follow along and not lose interest.

Tour guide (Antonella from CityWonders) was great! Good knowledge and information about Italy throughout the tour.
All 3 places were wonderful
- Glass factory was great, observed glass makers at work! Has time to wander around the gallery of glass items made (extradinary) , gift shop and then wandered around Murano itself staff at the glass factory were amazing, they also provided complimentary prosecco!
- Torcello was lovelly, only spent approx 30 minutes there, very small.
- Burano was wonderful! The bright vibrant houses were amazing! Quaint little streets/alleys.
We visited a lace shop as part of the tour (approx 15 mins). Did not see any being made, just viewed the items. We then had a good hour to explore, grab lunch/drinks. Plenty of shops/ restaurants.
The tour started at approx 9.15am and we got back just before 15.00pm.
Good value for money.
Again, complimentary prosecco on journey back to Venice.
(It was great to do the tour as I have never been to Venice before... Next time, I would go via the local transport (boat) and explore the islands in more time.... You definately need more time in both Murano and Burano to sight see and look around)
